Service Technician Education Program (STEP)
In order to become true specialists in their art, Toyota engineers undergo extensive training in national centres. Their courses are supported by a unique structured program, Toyota STEP. With three levels of excellence to attain (Qualified, Expert and Master), this intensive program provides technicians with all the experience and understanding they need to return forklifts to top condition as quickly and cost efficiently as possible.
