Toyota Industrial Equipment Europe is making CeMAT 2005 the key event for showcasing its premium range of business services. These services, designed to help companies to achieve maximum productivity from their forklift and warehouse ranges, include rental, finance, fleet management and short and long term hire.
Including a video on business services, PC-based demonstrations of fleet management software and experts on hand to discuss the issues, Toyota will explain to CeMAT visitors how it provides a tailored solution to each customer, each time.

Our focus is on completely understanding the customer, how they function and then offering a solution that will empower their business.

Toyota is already recognised by many customers across Europe for the quality of support services offered by its local dealers and national distributors. The fleet management service, for example, includes a unique website, built individually for the customer, which logs all information about a company's trucks including their specification, service, maintenance and repair history.
Frederic Le Verdier: "As one example of our business services, fleet management helps the customer to keep their costs down and operate productively. Working with the customer, we ensure that the warehouse and the materials handling equipment is running efficiently and that the customer is getting the maximum value from their fleet.
"Another example is rental, where we can offer short or long term hire. Short term hire is an ideal option on a temporary basis. All industries have their individual peak periods, which benefit from being able to request trucks at short notice. As the trucks are constantly serviced and undergo strict pre-hire inspections, rental customers can always be assured of a high quality truck."
Finance is another service that helps customers to efficiently control their budgets and manage company cash flow. There are a range of different financial options which depend on the particular needs of the customer. One example is the choice of all-inclusive maintenance payments.
